The Annual Albert Einstein Memorial Lecture for 2013 was presented by Dr. Nora Volkow, director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse, on the subject of:
"Addiction in the Human Brain: Loss of Balance between Neuronal Circuits"
 
The event was held on March 18th, 2013, in the Academy building in Jerusalem
