The Academy is happy to announce new Israeli appointments at the Synchrotron-light for Experimental Science and Applications in the Middle East – SESAME:
- Prof. Eliezer Rabinovici has been appointed, for the second time, as the Vice President of SESAME.
- Prof. Joel L. Sussman of the Weizmann Institute of Science has been appointed as a member of SESAME's Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC). Prof. Sussman will replace Prof. Noam Adir of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
The Academy wishes the new representatives good luck in their activity in the facility.
