Congratulations to this year's three awardees of Ruth Arnon Postdoctoral Fellowships for Adams Alumnae

On July 27th the ceremony presenting Ruth Arnon Postdoctoral Fellowships to alumnae of the Adams Fellowships Program, which took place digitally on ZOOM because of the Corona Plague, was very moving despite its limited proportions.
 
Academy President Prof. Nili Cohen opened the ceremony with greetings and words of appreciation to former Academy President and donor of the fellowships Prof. Ruth Arnon; Academy Member and Chair of the Adams Fellowships and the Ruth Arnon Fellowships Committees Prof. Moshe Oren congratulated the winners and described his expectations of them; and Prof. Arnon described her personal experiences as a young postdoc abroad and even closed by sharing her personal advice with the awardees. The awardees presented their research, thanking Prof. Arnon for the opportunities she opened for them upon receipt of her fellowships.
 
Following are the fellowship awardees for 2020:
1. Ayelet Arazi who is going to do her postdoc at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf in Hamburg Germany
2. Bracha Laufer-Goldshtein, who is going to do her postdoc at The Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab at MIT in Boston, USA
3. Avia Raviv Moshe, who is going to do her postdoc at the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics at Stony Brook University, New York, USA
