The event aimed to connect future scientific leaders with today’s most prominent UK and Israeli women in the science and tech transfer sector.  Prof Nili Cohen spoke of her own experiences in a fireside chat alongside former President of the Israel Academy Prof. Ruth Arnon, and Prof. Carole Mundell, Chief Scientific Adviser at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. All three shared tips for women who are in the early stage of their careers. Israel Young Academy member Prof. Michal Sharon also participated, speaking to a smaller networking group focused on: “UK-Israel Scientific Programmes”.
