Israel Academy member Prof. David Milstein is the winner of the prestigious IUPAC/NHU Award in Chemistry. An international jury chose Prof. Milstein, from the Weizmann Institute of Science to receive this year’s Experienced Chemist in Green Chemistry Award.

 

Prof. Milstein has been invited to give a presentation at the August 48th World Chemistry Congress International Symposia, which will take place online.

 

The IUPAC-NHU Award for Advancements in Green Chemistry is one of the most prestigious awards supported by IUPAC and the Zhejiang NHU Company. Prof. Milstein is the Israel Matz Professorial Chair of Organic Chemistry in the Department of Molecular Chemistry and Materials Science at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot.
