Prof. Marcel Tanner, President of the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences, visited The Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities on October 18, 2022. He met with Academy President Prof. David Harel and discussed with him possible scientific relations between the Academies.

 

Prof. Harel and Prof. Tanner were later joined by Prof. Sergiu Hart, Chairperson of Humanities Division, Prof. Nili Cohen, Former President of the Israel Academy, Prof. Michal Linial, Professor of Biochemistry and Bioinformatics, Dr. Roger Pfister, Head of International Cooperation at the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences, and Dr. Neta Peretz, Head of International Relations at the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
