Dr. Reddeppa Maddaka received his doctorate in chemical sciences in 2019 from Chungnam National University, Daejeon, in the Republic of Korea. He continued for two more years as a postdoctoral fellow at Chungnam National University. He has published 40 articles in international journals. His current research interests include synthesis and characterization of nanosize semiconductor materials such as III-nitride nanowires and metal oxide nanowires in a variety of photo and gas-sensing devices. Controlling the morphology of nanostructures stimulates the performance of nanodevices that can address practical requirements from sensing platforms in real-life technology. He will do his postdoctoral research at the Technion, hosted by Prof. Hossam Haick.
