Prof. Christoph Markschies, President of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, visited The Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities on March 16, 2022. He met with Academy President Prof. David Harel and Vice President Prof. Margalit Finkelberg and discussed with them the long-standing academic and scientific relations between the two Academies.

 

At the Academy, Prof. Markschies was given a tour of the exhibition “A Gathering Place of Scholars: 60 Years of Science and Knowledge,” marking the 60th anniversary of the enactment of the Israel Academy Law.
